At Cross Kingdom Apparel & Design, every custom project is handled with care, intention, and attention to detail. Below you’ll find our design process and answers to commonly asked questions so you know exactly what to expect when ordering custom work.
How Our Design Process Works
Submit Your Inquiry
Begin by completing our Design & Product Inquiry Form. Please include as much detail as possible—colors, fonts, quantities, timelines, and any inspiration or reference images that reflect your vision
Review & Custom Quote
We review all submissions and respond within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive a custom quote based on your project details, along with any clarifying questions if needed.
Payment & Design Start
Once your quote is approved:
- A 50% deposit is required for design services
- Full payment is required for custom apparel and printed products
After payment is received, your project is officially scheduled and design work begins.
Proof & Revisions
You’ll receive a digital proof for review. Minor revisions are included to ensure your design aligns with your vision. Major changes or additional revisions may require an additional fee.
Production
After final approval, your order moves into production. Turnaround times vary depending on order size and complexity and will be communicated in advance.
Completion & Delivery
Once completed, your order will be prepared for pickup,shipping, or delivery as discussed. Final products or files are released once full payment is received.
Quick Design FAQ
How long does my order take?
Most custom orders are completed within 7–14 business days after payment is received. Larger or more detailed projects may require additional time. Rush orders may be available for an added fee.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Because all items are custom-made, orders cannot be refunded once production has started. Please review proofs carefully before approving.
